1. School Attendance
Every student should come to school before
9:50 am. Student must send an application of leave for taking leave, absent for
school due to illness or any other valid reason must present a written reason for the absence, from the
parents/guardians to the school, when the student returns to school. It is the
responsibility of the parents/guardians to send the letter to school and the
class teacher should sign this letter as well.
2. Things needed for
School
All necessary materials should be brought
to school according to the school timetable. Other unnecessary materials are
not allowed in the school. Drinking
water bottle is also necessary along with learning materials.
3.
School Uniform and Dress Code

Every student should
attend school and other places representing the school, wearing the school
uniform. Jewellery is not permitted in school except for an earring that is
normally worn by girls.
·
Hair, of every student
must be kept clean and neat & short in case of boys. Rollers, curlers,
picks, rakes, forks in hair are prohibited. Unnatural colouring of hair or
cutting of symbols or designs in hair is not permitted. Make-up is not
permitted with the school uniform or when involved with any activity related to
school. Dying and colouring of hair and applying hair gel are not permitted.

Nails should be cut short
and clean.
·
Caps, hats or head
coverings are NOT to be worn during the school time. Sunglasses are not to be
worn on school grounds unless prescribed for medical purposes and verified with
a doctor’s note, which must be presented to an administrator for approval.
4.
Protection of School Properties and Rights
of Other Students
·
Students are not allowed
to harm any student, property and/or building inside or outside the school.
Getting involved with others in such destructive behaviour is prohibited
·
Students are not
permitted to take or use another students belonging without their prior
permission
·
If a student does harm to
another student, person, school property and building, the full responsibility
of the action and damage has to be taken by that particular student and his/her
parents/guardians.
5. Social, ethical and
moral considerations for students

Every student must obey
the laws and principles of the country
and respect cultural and moral values of the country.
·
Every student must
respect and obey their parents.
·
Every student must obey
and respect Principal, teachers, and staff of the school.
·
Every student should show
respect and use appropriate language in communicating with others.
·
Every student should be
punctual to school and use the time valuably.
·
Every student should
respect their elders and show caring for the young.
·
Students are allowed out
on the street before 9 am, after 5pm and
on holidays only with the permission from the parent/guardian.
6. Things Prohibited to
Students
· Smoking,
abuse of narcotics drugs.
·
Riding vehicles without
the license.
·
Being in the school
uniform other than for school activities.
· Use of mobile phones/iPod during school hours.
7.
Taking action against student who breaches these rules and regulations
Action
should be taken in accordance with the regulations imposed by the school. These
include:

Giving advice and
recording the problem.
·
Suspending from sports
and other activities.
·
Giving hard punishment. Keeping
student after school and completing a task given by the school.
·
Informing the parent and
reminding the parent of their duty.
·
Suspending the student
for a limited time.
·
Warning about expelling
the student from school.
·
Expelling the student
from school
